Cookie Statement

Short version: CTC Smart Tech sets no cookies of its own. Exactly one third party sets cookies here — the Calendly scheduling tool on the assessment page.

1. Our own cookies: none

CTC Smart Tech sets no cookies to identify, track or measure your behaviour. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no user profiles.

2. Calendly cookies — the one third party

The AI readiness assessment page embeds the Calendlyscheduling tool. When you scroll to that block your browser loads Calendly's code, andCalendly may set its own cookies. Per the notice Calendly itself displays inside the booking frame, it uses cookies to improve the experience and for marketing, which may include recording clicks and cursor movement within its frame.

  • Those cookies are set and controlled by Calendly, not CTC Smart Tech; we cannot read them.
  • The booking frame carries Calendly's own Decline and Cookie settings controls — you can refuse right there.
  • If you would rather not involve Calendly at all, use the assessment form or the hotline in the footer; neither goes through a third party.

Calendly's privacy policy is at calendly.com/privacy.

3. Why we show no cookie banner of our own

Because we set no cookies to ask about. The only party that does is Calendly, and it shows its own notice and opt-out inside its frame — stacking a second banner on top would add noise without giving you any additional control.

4. What we store in your browser

The site uses browser localStorage for exactly one purpose: remembering your language choice so you are not switched between languages against your intent.

  • ctc-lang-explicit — records that you picked a language yourself. The stored value is the number 1.
  • ctc-lang-auto — records that the browser-locale suggestion has already run once, so it does not repeat. The stored value is the number 1.

Neither key contains identity, neither is sent to our server, and neither is readable by any third party. They stay on your machine until you clear them.

5. How to clear them

Clearing your browser's site data removes both keys. The site works normally afterwards — it simply forgets your language choice. If your browser blocks localStorage entirely, the site still works in full; you just pick a language each visit.

6. Nothing else runs in the background

  • No Google Analytics or equivalent measurement tool.
  • No social advertising pixels.
  • No fonts loaded from external CDNs — fonts are served from our own server.
  • Other than Calendly in section 2, no third-party script may run: the site's Content Security Policy blocks every domain not on the allow-list.

For data you actively submit through the form, see theData Protection Policy.
